Your sessions
Our sessions are designed for seniors, people getting back to activity after an injury, surgery or illness, those with chronic pain (back, joints) or experiencing loss of autonomy. You don't need to be sporty to start: we adapt everything to your level and abilities.
The first session is a free assessment of around 1 hour. We start with a chat about your health, medical history and goals. Next, we run a gentle physical evaluation to understand your current abilities. Then we build your personalised programme together. All in a supportive, no-pressure atmosphere.
Nothing at all. The coach brings all the necessary equipment: mat, resistance bands, light weights, Swiss ball. Just wear comfortable clothes and have a glass of water within reach.
Each session lasts 1 hour, including warm-up and cool-down. The duration is designed to be effective without being tiring.
Ideally 1 to 2 times per week to get visible, lasting results. But the programme adapts to your pace, your wishes and your availability. Even one session a week makes a real difference.
Health and safety
Yes, this is exactly our specialism. The programme is fully tailored to your conditions, in coordination with your GP or specialist. Whether it's hypertension, diabetes, a heart condition or a neurological issue, we know how to adapt exercises so you can move safely.
A medical certificate is recommended but not mandatory. However, we will ask you to complete a health questionnaire before your first session, so we know about your medical history, current treatments and any contraindications.
Tom and Camille are both former volunteer firefighters with up-to-date PSC1 first-aid certification. They are trained to respond to emergencies and know exactly what to do. Your safety is our absolute priority.
Yes, and it is in fact recommended by healthcare professionals. Adapted movement maintains joint health, reduces pain and improves mobility. Inactivity, by contrast, makes symptoms worse. We offer gentle, targeted exercises that respect your joints.
Let us know about your current treatment. Some medications (beta-blockers, anticoagulants, antihypertensives, etc.) can affect blood pressure or heart rate during exercise. We adapt exercise intensity accordingly to ensure your safety.
Pricing and tax credit
A session costs €70 per hour. Thanks to the personal services tax credit and the immediate advance (Abby x Urssaf), French tax residents only pay €35 at the time of the session. Urssaf covers the other half directly. Available for French tax residents only. Non-residents pay the standard €70 rate.
French tax residents only pay 50% at the time of the session. In practice, Urssaf takes €35 instead of €70. No action required from you: everything is handled automatically through the Abby x Urssaf scheme. You have nothing to advance and nothing to declare.
No. No commitment, no subscription. You're free to stop whenever you want, with no fees and no need to justify your decision. We believe consistency should come from desire, not from a contract.
