TS Training is, above all,
a human encounter
Two former competitive swimmers, two volunteer firefighters, one shared belief: sport can transform lives when it's put to the service of health and well-being.
From elite sport to human support
Tom and Camille met through their shared passion for competitive swimming. Both also chose to commit as volunteer firefighters — an experience that deeply rooted in them the desire to help vulnerable people. TS Training was born from this twin calling: sporting expertise in the service of those who need it most.
Tom Trapani
Personal trainer — TS Training co-founder
My name is Tom Trapani. As a former competitive swimmer, sport has always been part of my life. It built me, challenged me, taught me to push my limits... and above all to take care of myself. Very quickly, one thing became clear: I wanted to share everything that physical activity can bring, well beyond performance.
I hold a bachelor's degree in sports intervention from Canada, and that international experience deeply shaped the way I see coaching. I discovered human-centred approaches, tailored to each person, where movement becomes a real lever for well-being. Alongside my studies, I chose to commit as a volunteer firefighter. That experience confronted me with emergency situations that deeply rooted in me the desire to help people in need.
Supporting, accompanying and helping are now the watchwords of my commitment. Today, I'm convinced sport should never be set aside. Whether you're recovering, a senior, or simply looking to feel better, it can change a daily routine, restore confidence and autonomy. My commitment: to support you with care, attentive listening and expertise, to make sport an ally for your health, at every stage of your life.
Camille Soleilhavoup
Personal trainer — TS Training co-founder
Sport has been part of my life since childhood. For nearly fifteen years, competitive swimming has shaped my daily routine. It taught me discipline and rigour, but above all to listen to my body and respect its limits.
I hold a STAPS sports science bachelor's degree, and I had the chance to grow within elite sporting structures through several long-term internships. These experiences shaped my vision of coaching: a human, individualised approach where every person, every body and every journey is unique.
Alongside my sporting and academic journey, I felt the need to commit differently. I served in public services, first as a volunteer firefighter, then as a Gendarmerie reservist. Being confronted with fragility, urgency and sometimes suffering profoundly changed the way I see others. Helping, supporting, being there when everything wavers... that's when I understood that kindness and empathy aren't optional, but essential values.
Today, I've chosen to bring together what truly drives me: sport and helping people. I'm a personal trainer specialised in rehabilitation and well-being, with the desire to support older adults at home, those recovering from serious illness or rebuilding after an injury. My goal is simple: use movement to restore confidence, autonomy and serenity, and help everyone feel better in their body... and in their life.
